If your Debit Mastercard is lost or stolen, please contact T&C as soon as possible. You may call 248-858-2323 ext. 2168, e-mail, use our online chat service, or visit any T&C branch location.

If you need to report your lost or stolen card after business hours, you may call 800-754-4128 in the U.S. or 1-574-266-0568 outside the U.S. Please follow up with T&C the next business day.

Before a new card can be issued, you must complete and sign an affirmation form.

If you need to report your lost or stolen card after business hours, you may call 800-991-4965. Please follow up with T&C the next business day.
